John is very professional, diligent, thoughtful, and friendly. He explained everything to us on the day of inspection, and sent us a very detailed report the next day. I learned so much about house maintenance from him! He also has a lot of professional equipments, like infrared to detect temperature differences, and a drone that he can fly up to inspect the roof. Even the listing agent asked for his card! She said she's never seen anyone who's so detailed in house inspection.

It was so kind of John who could do the home inspection on Sunday afternoon on July 29. I could not be happier to work with John who gave a thorough inspection for 3.5 hours in this 4 beds and 2baths house in Stoneham, MA. He's all in!
