Well Water Quantity
The water quantity test is one method estimate if the well can provide a sufficient amount of water, the fee is $400.00 when performed in conjunction with a home inspection. WAVE Inspection Services requires home owner permission to perform this test because the well can run dry. The well quantity test is a 4 hour test. The well will be run for 4 hours delivering a rate of 5 gallons per minute which amounts to 1200 gallons of water. Water color/odor observed at set intervals.Well Quantity Test Release Form.
