John is very professional, diligent, thoughtful, and friendly. He explained everything to us on the day of inspection, and sent us a very detailed report the next day. I learned so much about house maintenance from him! He also has a lot of professional equipments, like infrared to detect temperature differences, and a drone that he can fly up to inspect the roof. Even the listing agent asked for his card! She said she's never seen anyone who's so detailed in house inspection.

It was so kind of John who could do the home inspection on Sunday afternoon on July 29. I could not be happier to work with John who gave a thorough inspection for 3.5 hours in this 4 beds and 2baths house in Stoneham, MA. He's all in! I have never seen an inspector who worked so hard and put every detail of inspection on the inspection report. I would give him 6 stars if I can. One thing I can guarantee is you will never regret hiring this inspection company to do such an important work in the process of buying a house.

John walked me through the whole loft unit , the condo's electric panel board room, building roof and exterior. Explaining his every point of inspection with professional knowledge and in terms I can understand.
